I am so happy you are here! My name is Katie and I am a Texas based photographer.
I started photography because I realized how fleeting life truly is.. The seasons we live in every day- the messy, joyful, ordinary moments- pass by far too quickly. I wanted a way to hold onto them. A way to pause time, even for a moment.
As a wife, mother and women of faith, I truly believe there is a beauty woven into every season of life. Each moment carries meaning and emotion- I want to be able to capture that for you!

Why I do this
Becoming a mother completely changed the way that I see moments in time. I realized how quickly time passes us by. Photography has become a way for me to freeze those fleeting moments and hold on to them forever. What started as a desire to capture moments with my own children has quickly grown into a new passion for helping others preserve their stories as well!
How I work
Every session is centered around connection, emotion and authenticity. My goal is to capture the moments that feel natural and meaningful- the laughter, love and chaos. I want every client to feel comfortable and free to be themselves, creating an experience that you will be able to cherish for a lifetime.
Fun Facts about me
I am a Texas girl, just loving life! I am a mother of two littles and a wonderful step son, and a wife to one of the good ones! I graduated from Texas A&M University, and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician. My goal in life is to live it to the fullest and see God's blessings every step of the way!
